About Tesla Destination

Tesla Destination is Tesla’s destination-charging network, providing convenient EV charging at hotels, restaurants, resorts, shopping centers, parking facilities and other destinations across Canada and the United States. The network primarily uses Level 2 AC Wall Connectors, with the U.S. Department of Energy listing approximately 16,223 charging ports across the two countries.

Drivers can locate charging sites and monitor charging status through the Tesla app or in-vehicle navigation; Tesla owners can simply plug in, while drivers of other compatible EVs can use the Tesla app, add a payment method and scan the charger’s QR code. Pricing is displayed in the app and charging is billed automatically, making the network well suited to hotel guests, travelers, shoppers and other drivers who park for several hours or overnight.
