About The Electric Circuit
The Electric Circuit (Circuit électrique) is Québec’s largest public EV charging network, operated by Hydro-Québec, providing charging infrastructure for electric vehicle drivers and businesses across the province. The network has more than 8,000 charging stations, including both Level 2 AC and DC fast-charging infrastructure, with more than 1,500 DC fast-charging ports.
Drivers can use the Circuit électrique mobile app to find stations, check real-time availability and pricing, plan trips, start and monitor charging sessions, and receive notifications. Payment is available through the app by credit card, while membership cards provide another access option. The network also supports roaming with partner networks, providing access to approximately 160,000 charging stations across Canada and the United States.
