About Rivian Adventure Network
Rivian Adventure Network (RAN) is Rivian’s proprietary EV charging network, providing high-speed DC fast charging designed for road trips and everyday EV travel across the United States and North America. The network currently has approximately 1,107 charging ports in the U.S., with chargers capable of delivering up to 300 kW and adding up to 150 miles of range in about 20 minutes.
The network began primarily for Rivian owners but has expanded to support all compatible EVs at most sites, with CCS1 and increasingly NACS connectors. Drivers can find stations and live availability through the Rivian app and in-vehicle navigation, while non-Rivian drivers can use tap-to-pay terminals without an app. RAN is notable for its focus on reliability, reporting 98% network uptime in 2025, and its chargers are powered by 100% renewable energy.
